1️⃣Prioritize protein at every meal - it’s satiating and will curb sugar cravings

2️⃣ Read labels and kick out sneaky sugars - some of you aren’t even aware of how much is leaking in (always opt for Whole Foods over processed anyway you can and read labels on the packaged stuff)

3️⃣ Add 1 Tbsp vinegar to water before the meal & add fat to your healthy sweets to slow a spike and be more satiating (Vinegar before meals: Clinical Nutrition ESPEN 32 (2019): 1-7)

4️⃣Take a 30 min. walk after a meal and prioritize regular movement breaks (PMID: 35268055) 

5️⃣ Stay hydrated in between meals (PMID: 28739050) the more dehydrated you are, the more dense the blood sugar as well as other issues
