    😂😂😂 I mean really… we’ve got Instant 😂😂😂 I mean really… we’ve got Instant Pots, food processors, GROCERY STORES… and our ancestors had famine, had to hunt/gather, and didn’t even have decent dried seasoning blends for crying out loud.🫠

You probably need more than you realize… I like to aim for 30g which looks more like…

1️⃣2-3 eggs + sausage (recipe for homemade Pattie’s on my blog or @twrgrassfedbeef @grassrootscoop @applegate brands work!)

2️⃣Don’t eat eggs at all? Skip them and just do the meat… I love a good meat and veggie hash (egg roll skillet on my blog)

3️⃣ Literally use leftovers of your lunch or dinner, folks! Breakfast doesn’t need to look that different - we made that up in our modern culture 🫠 how’s that been working out? 😂🤪

4️⃣ Low sugar smoothie with a complete protein powder like @equipfoods (use FOODBYMARS code for discount) and grab a smoothie recipe off my blog.

    📣🦋Just a friendly PSA and share on thyroid m 📣🦋Just a friendly PSA and share on thyroid meds… I hope this can empower you to make the best decisions for your health and not from fear or perfectionism. Always talk to your doc or practitioner to make sure you feel comfortable, understand options, and ensure you’re tested regularly to keep dosing optimized.

Thyroid meds can’t solve all your problems but can really help and alongside diet, lifestyle, and supplements can make for a really powerful support system.

I don’t believe in suffering, and thyroid meds have always supported my journey. If and when I wean off, great, I know I’ll be supported with my doc and the way I live my life and take care of my body daily. 

FYI— thyroid meds do not change antibodies for Hashimotos, that’s your immune system. So getting into remission will often mean your thyroid is managed with or without meds and your antibodies are in an acceptable range or nonexistent. From my experience BOTH thyroid and immune system must no matter what be supported at a root cause foundational level. Thyroid meds are one addition. To supporting your body to ensure it has its critical hormone it needs.
