In reality, bone broth actually started out as one of the first “fast foods”… yup. 🤯🧐People would have a pot on the stove at all times, simmering, ready to serve up all day. They’d add food scraps as they went along. 

…Yet here we are struggling to get in one cup?! Not on my watch.

🧊This is my favorite hack… pour it in ice cube molds (silicon is best).

It’ll be ready to heat up and use in no time.

    😂😂😂 I mean really… we’ve got Instant 😂😂😂 I mean really… we’ve got Instant Pots, food processors, GROCERY STORES… and our ancestors had famine, had to hunt/gather, and didn’t even have decent dried seasoning blends for crying out loud.🫠

You probably need more than you realize… I like to aim for 30g which looks more like…

1️⃣2-3 eggs + sausage (recipe for homemade Pattie’s on my blog or @twrgrassfedbeef @grassrootscoop @applegate brands work!)

2️⃣Don’t eat eggs at all? Skip them and just do the meat… I love a good meat and veggie hash (egg roll skillet on my blog)

3️⃣ Literally use leftovers of your lunch or dinner, folks! Breakfast doesn’t need to look that different - we made that up in our modern culture 🫠 how’s that been working out? 😂🤪

4️⃣ Low sugar smoothie with a complete protein powder like @equipfoods (use FOODBYMARS code for discount) and grab a smoothie recipe off my blog.
