Fish en papillote is a classic French dish by which your whole meal is baked in a parchment paper package and ready in 30 minutes or less! For the selection of fish, often times Salmon is very popular and an excellent choice, however, I prefer my salmon with crispy skin so I would rather not steam it and have vegetables under the skin. I instead love Halibut en Papillote. This fish is perfect with its meaty texture and mild, yet buttery taste.
This recipe is great for any weeknight dinner, and any seasonal veggies can be used! The salsa verde has a perfect citrus-y bite, so save the excess 🙂 As if this isn’t quick enough to make, putting it in my WOLF Gourmet Convection oven cuts it down even more. You can find this recipe on their blog!
