Just 4 Ingredients to Make Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

  • Raspberries – fresh or frozen berries that have been thawed.
  • Filtered water – skip water if thawed frozen berries have a lot of liquid, use that berry liquid instead.
  • Chia seeds – this makes your jam, ‘jammy’ and thick!
  • Raw honey – you could also use maple syrup if you’d prefer!

  1. Raspberry is my favorite fruit and this recipe is right up my alley. So good on toast and sometimes I even mix them with Greek yogurt!

  2. Thanks for this recipe! I just started trying out Chia seeds and they are great. The jams I buy in the market are always full of sugar and too sweet for me, so I’m definitely switching to this easy recipe!

  3. When kids are around such amazing options always help. Love that this is so healthy and delicious and best Topping options too. Yum
