Protein-Packed Egg Hash Muffins

Kick off your week with some healthy meal prep like these easy egg hash muffins! They’re Paleo, gluten-free, and Whole30 friendly!

Made with just eggs, olive oil, and leftover hash , this is a simple protein-packed recipe that keeps you full all morning long.

– 6-8 large eggs pasture-raised preferred – 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil


– 1 cup+ Pre-cooked ground meat and veggie hash


Grease a muffin tin with olive oil in each cavity to prevent egg muffins from sticking and preheat oven to 350f degrees.


Toss a tablespoon or more of the pre-cooked ground meat and veggie hash into the muffin liners, and pour beaten eggs over top.


Bake at 350f degrees for around 30 minutes, and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for meal prep.
