Quick Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

This easy raspberry chia seed jam recipe is refined sugar-free, paleo, and mega tasty. It’s a great way to use up berries, fresh or frozen, and adaptable to any berries you’d like to use!

– 1 cup raspberries  – 1 Tbsp water (skip water if thawed frozen berries have a lot of liquid, use liquid instead)
