Classic Cashew Cheese Sauce

This vegan cheese sauce recipe is a staple in my fridge. It’s easy to make and even more delicious to eat!

– 2 cups cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours & drained – 1/2 cup water – 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Ingredients

– 1 tsp salt – Juice of 1 lemon – 1 tsp nutritional yeast

Ingredients

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until well-combined

Add more water as needed to loosen

Use or store for up to 5-days in the fridge.
