Classic Chicken Cobb Salad (Paleo)

This Chicken Cobb Salad recipe is a classic summertime meal that turns simple chicken into a delicious, satisfying, and healthy meal.

FOR THE COBB SALAD – 4 large eggs – 4 oz bacon approx. 4 slices – 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 2 large chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry


– 1 tbsp ghee or grass-fed butter – 8 cups torn romaine or mixed lettuce – 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced into halves – 1 ripe avocado quartered
