Breakfast Parsnip Porridge

This cream of parsnip porridge is a delicious grain-free AIP-friendly breakfast that has a comforting flavor and texture!

 It’s a perfect base to dress up sweet or savory with your favorite toppings.

– leftover parsnip purée – full-fat coconut milk plus, more for garnish

Ingredients

– shredded coconut – cinnamon – vanilla extract alcohol-free for AIP

Ingredients

 Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low, mixing until well combined.

 Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated and slightly bubbling.
