Baked Zucchini Fries (Paleo, Gluten-Free, Low-Carb)

One of my favorite ways to eat zucchini, dredged in almond meal and spices - this 30-minute dish will be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients – zucchini – almond flour – Italian seasoning – garlic powder – sea salt – pepper – eggs

Preheat oven to 425f degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut zucchini into thick slices and pat dry with a paper towel.
