Ingredients

cup
double brewed jasmine tea (chilled)
(I used Pique Tea Crystals)
1/2
frozen banana
handful of fresh spinach
3/4
cup
coconut milk
2
tsp
raw honey
2
tsp
chia seeds
Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
Double brew 1 cup of tea and store in the fridge for 20 mins or so, just until it’s cooled.
Add all other ingredients to a high speed blender and lastly add in the brewed tea.
Blend on high until smooth and serve right away!
