– salmon – ripe avocado – brown mustard – lemon, juiced – chives, chopped – capers – sea salt & pepper – gluten-free/paleo toast or sweet potato rounds

– sliced cucumber – sliced radish or watermelon radish – more chives – more avocado slices

Mix salmon, avocado, capers, mustard, chives, lemon juice, and seasonings together in a bowl.
