Raw Matcha Coconut Cream Pie

This raw, dairy-free treat is easy to make and will be a favorite this summer sitting in your freezer.

The bitter green matcha combined with creamy coconut and a touch of natural sweetener will feed your dessert craving without a sugar overload.

– Coconut Milk – Matcha Powder – Sweetener – Vanilla Extract – Coconut Flour – Shredded Coconut – Hemp Seeds – Coconut Oil – Honey


Line a loaf pan (8×6) with parchment paper.


Mix crust ingredients together in a food processor.


Dump the crust mixture into your lined loaf pan and using your hands, press the crust evenly on the bottom of the pan.


Place the pan in the freezer while you make the filling.
