Easy AIP Banana Bread Recipe

This banana bread tastes just like its traditional counterparts that you’d never guess it is AIP-friendly, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and free of refined sugars!

– Bananas – Maple Syrup – Vanilla Extract Alcohol-Free – Apple Cider Vinegar – Tigernut Flour – Tapioca Flour – Baking Soda – Coconut Sugar Or Maple Sugar – Sea Salt – Cinnamon

Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, mash up the banana.

Add maple syrup, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. Stir thoroughly or add to a stand mixer. To another bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and combine well until you have a smooth batter.

Bake in the oven. Poke center of bread with a toothpick, when it comes out clean, and top is golden brown and firm, it is done.

Transfer the banana bread by pulling up on the parchment paper and placing it on a wire baking rack to cool.
