Cozy Instant Pot Paleo Chili (No Tomatoes, AIP)

With the temperatures dropping, it’s officially hot bowl season! And this AIP Instant Pot Paleo Chili Recipe is sure to hit the spot!

Ingredients – chicken breasts – sea salt – black pepper – cinnamon – strawberries – balsamic vinegar

Ingredients – extra-virgin olive oil – ground meat of choice – yellow onion – garlic cloves – sea salt – cubed root veggies – parsley – dill – cinnamon

Ingredients – ginger – oregano – pumpkin puree' – bone broth – bay leaves – optional garnish: avocado slices, coconut yogurt, fresh chopped herbs

Prep Your Instant Pot: Set the Instant Pot to “SAUTE” and add extra-virgin olive oil to the pot while it preheats.


Brown the Meat: Once shimmering, add meat and mix up with a wooden spoon until browned, about 5-8 mins.


Cook the Onion and Garlic: Once liquid released from the meat has mostly absorbed, add chopped onions and minced garlic.
