Ingredients 2 CHIA EGGS: – chia seeds – water BREAD: – buckwheat flour – water – avocado or extra-virgin olive oil

Add yeast and sugar into lukewarm water

Mix ground chia seeds and water in a bowl

Add oil into the chia eggs and whisk
