Easy Roasted Radishes (AIP, Paleo)

Radishes are rich in antioxidants and minerals like calcium and potassium, which help lower high blood pressure and reduce risks for heart disease.

– 1 lb. radishes sliced in half – 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil – 1/2 tsp sea salt

– 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or any desired seasonings – lemon wedges for serving optional

 Preheat your oven to 425, and prepare a lined baking dish with nonstick spray.

 First, wash your radishes! Scrub to remove any excess dirt.

 Slice radishes in half, and place on prepared baking sheet.
