Banana Bread Protein Balls (AIP, Paleo & Gluten-free)
Keep these high protein and fat snacks with you while traveling so you always have a back-up! They're easy, delicious and will keep you energized - a favorite for travel!
1/2cupvanilla or neutral protein powder*(my favorite below)
1/2tspceylon cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
When well-combined and the dough has formed, spoon out the dough and roll into balls.
Place on a parchment paper lined plate or tupperware and store in the fridge until ready to eat!
Notes
*The protein powder I use is here. For truly AIP compliant protein powder, I recommend using Collagen Protein.**Peanut butter does NOT seem to work well in this recipe - too oily, perhaps! FYI.
