Gut Healthy Ginger Cider Mocktail (Paleo)
This non-alcoholic drink mixed with apple cider and kombucha is tasty and good for your gut! Easy to pull together with store bought Ingredients and just as satisfying as a cocktail without the hangover.

Ingredients
1/3
cup
ginger kombucha
(I like GT or Kevita brands)
2/3
cup
organic apple cider
(homemade for AIP is likely best)
handful
ice
1
cinnamon stick
2
apple slices (optional garnish)
Instructions
Add kombucha and apple cider to a cocktail glass and fill the rest of your cup with ice.
Stir with a cinnamon stick and add apple slices for garnish. Serve right away!
