Hey! I’m Alison — a functional nutritionist who put my own Hashimoto’s and gut issues into remission through real food, functional labs, and nervous system work. I’ve been running Food by Mars since 2014, wrote a cookbook, and now help women with autoimmune and gut conditions do the same.
