Although I had already been eating pretty cleanly for about 5-6 months prior to this 4-week reset, I feel like my hormones and blood sugar FINALLY balanced out. This program really has given me more consistent energy throughout the day. I literally stopped snacking after following the reset and only eat 3 meals a day.
