Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette & A Chance to Win a Trip to FRANCE!

Sponsored Post – Maille

I’ve teamed up with Maille for this post and have fallen in love with their mustards… This one in my hand above, if you visit their location in NYC, you can get it ON TAP there! How cool is that? It’s the best dijon mustard I’ve ever had and it made for a KILLER vinaigrette. I dressed everything with it for the whole week it lasted me. The mustard is still going strong and goes well with pretty much everything I’ve put it on.

Oh and also, if you can’t make it to the NYC location… how about the one in France? Enter the sweeps below for a chance to win a trip there, guys!! GOOD LUCK!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • dash salt, pepper
  • Salad: 1/2 watermelon radish or 5 regular radishes, 6-7 thick asparagus spears, two handfuls micro-greens or greens

Directions

  1. For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the mixture is slightly foggy colored and well mixed. Set aside.
  2. Thinly slice radish with a slicer or by thinly chopping. Chop the bottom few inches of asparagus and discard. With a vegetable peeler, shave the asparagus into ribbons. Lay asparagus and radish slices over your greens. I used micro greens and pea shoots. Drizzle your vinaigrette over and serve!

  1. This looks so simple and yet luxurious! I haven’t seen that type of radish around where I live, but I’ll definitely keep an eye out for them.

  2. Delicious tahini dressing with Maille! It’s on my grocery list, Alison! Too bad the grocery store doesn’t have it on tap (that is awesome!). I wish I could enter the France giveaway again and again!! Thank you for this opportunity! Oh this salad is pure Spring-time. The asparagus, radish and those micro greens! Do you grow your own? Your photography is just gorgeous, Alison!

    • Ahh! I wish I grew my own micro greens 😉 Thanks so much, Traci. You’re too sweet. I hope you love the mustard… I’m obsessing right now 😉

  3. What a gorgeous salad! Watermelon radishes are one of my favorite veggies — color ♥ Love the tahini combined with mustard in this dressing. I tend to go with either a mustard base or a tahini base, but somehow the two haven’t merged yet. Look forward to trying that out!

    • Definitely try the combo- I was dipping everything in the dressing all week haha. Thanks, Audrey!

  4. Dijon Vinaigrette (or any mustard vinaigrette) is what turns an okay salad into the BEST salad. Love the recipe, and the photos of that salad are beautiful!
