Grab this healthy chia seed jam recipe with your favorite berries and smear it on all the things!
(paleo, vegan, refined sugar-free)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen berries that have been thawed)
- 1 Tbsp water (skip water if thawed frozen berries have a lot of liquid, use liquid instead)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse, store in fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
