Ingredients
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen berries that have been thawed)
  • 1 Tbsp water (skip water if thawed frozen berries have a lot of liquid, use liquid instead)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse, store in fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
