I don’t know about you, but coming home after a long HOT day in the summer means I’m hungry but do not want to even think about turning on my oven! That’s where meals like these come in. This recipe is AIP-friendly (spice it accordingly), paleo and gluten-free AND EASY PEASY!! Grilled shrimp takes less than 5 minutes to make, and pesto zoodles are a snap! No cooking involved there. So heat up your grill pan, whip out your spiralizer and enjoy.
