Busy bodies this month! Whether it’s because of the end of the year drawing near, the holidays all around us or ambition lurking in the background… or let’s face it, all three – it’s a busy time. Diets and straining ourselves may come into play, you’ve been warned!

Alright, party people! This isn’t our first December, we should all know how it goes by now… running around: shopping, entertaining, partying, catching up with old friends and family, so on and so forth. It’s pretty great but also pretty taxing! I say, if we are likely going to go overboard in one area, we go overboard in the other to counteract it. So, extra partying = extra keeping on top of your health, nutrition, working out. It’s that simple and if it doesn’t seem simple some days, remember how important it is and how good you feel after you know you accomplished taking extra care of yourself so you can really enjoy everything this month.

This is the last month of the year, and reflecting back, it’s been so amazing – the ups and the downs, both. I’m going to give it my all in these last few weeks of 2014, to close it out strong and relish in every moment. I’m excited for the new year… but it’s still not here, so practicing living in the moment will be nice and something I’ve had a habitually awful habit of not doing. Join me and wishing you the happiest of holidays and end of 2014/beginning of 2015!
